This 12 yo boy takes it serious. I think there's nothing wrong with that. He looks beautiful and healthy, and does the exercises in a way which does not harm his premature body. But's that's my personal opinion as an amateur.

I would’t call him a bodybuilder( thank god!) I like the shape of arms of 10yo boys like this: healthy and strong, round shapes, but certainly not too pumped.
